Job Description:

Amour Recruitment is excited to be working with a great company based in lakeside, Portsmouth who is seeking positive Customer Support Executive.

Are you enthusiastic and will always go that extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service? If so, this role is prefect for you!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for clients
  • Resolving queries and managing any complaints
  • Responding to a busy inbox and any web-chat queries
  • Updating an inhouse CRM accurately, maintaining spreadsheets and any general admin

Personal Requirements:

  • Previous call centre/handler experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems
  • Must have at least 5 years UK residency for security clearance
  • Free parking
  • Fabulous location with an onsite café, shops, hairdressers plus much more
  • Pension with up to 15% employer contribution
  • Hybrid working offered after probation (3 days in office, 2 at home if wanted)

Hours: Monday to Friday on a shift basis 0800-1630, 0830-1700 or 0930-1800.

Salary: £26,500 plus 5% annual bonus, making the salary £27,825
