Customer Support Engineer (Construction)

£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + 10% Quarterly Bonus + Pension + Company Benefits package

Are you from an After Sales / Technical Support background or similar within Construction looking for an autonomous role where you will manage your own desk within a company known for their Progression opportunities and employee benefits including quarterly bonuses?

As the go-to person for providing After-Sales support you will be tasked with managing your own desk and maintaining clear customer interaction channels and providing technical support on Roofing products where needed.

You will receive full training and development in the Companies specialist Roofing product range and be given the reins to manage your own workload ensuring customer satisfaction and support whenever needed.

The Role:
* Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries
* Technical Problem Solving: help to resolve technical issues
* ERP System Management: Efficiently manage service orders and maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
