A customer experience platform is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to deliver excellent support. The role requires handling various inquiries through Zendesk, collaborating with teams, and a passion for customer happiness. You'll play a critical role delivering an excellent customer support experience to users of the platform, reporting directly to the Director of Support and processing a wide variety of tickets. Primary focus will be delivering industry leading customer support against defined SLAs, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
