Job summary

Stellar Global Ltd is seeking a Support Specialist for the Samsung KX flagship space in Kings Cross, London. The role focuses on hosting customers in the Support Lounge, diagnosing devices, and guiding them through the repair journey while promoting Samsung products.

You will work with an enthusiastic team, expanding skills in customer education, troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing, with a 37.5-hour work week and hybrid opportunities as defined by Samsung KX policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Host customers in the Support Lounge and perform device diagnostics and tests.
• Provide consultations and support in selling Samsung products within the Space.
• Collaborate with team to educate customers and troubleshoot.
