Customer Support Coordinator (m/f/d) - Engineering

Location: On-site at our Birmingham office

Job Outline:

The Customer Service Team supports our customers and Sales and Service teams through various functions. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring flexibility and responsiveness. The Customer Support Coordinator primarily focuses on Service activities.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Service activities: Providing service quotes, scheduling engineer visits across the UK and Ireland for emergency call-outs, scheduled maintenance, and installations; managing customer calls and queries; responding to emails; forecasting activity to support planning.
  • Other activities: Coordinating with colleagues on Order Input and Spare Parts, liaising with Sales and Engineers, creating customer records in SAP, invoicing, and providing backup support during busy periods or absences.

Key Objective:

  • Support the Service department by communicating with customers and scheduling engineer visits.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP (training provided)
