We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to be based onsite with our customer. This role involves coordinating the entire ordering process from cradle to grave, including debt resolution when required, and managing all aspects of customer needs and expectations.
You will regularly liaise with the wider Speedy depot network at various hierarchical levels, so clear communication skills—both verbal and electronic—are essential. Additionally, you will manage back-to-back orders with our supply chain through our Partnered Services division to ensure minimal delays in fulfilling customer needs with available equipment. Building relationships internally and externally is key, and you will coordinate with different parts of the business to meet customer requirements.
While in this role, you should demonstrate the ability to work independently on client premises, making adaptability and communication vital skills.
