A leading hire provider is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator in Rotherham. You'll coordinate the ordering process and manage customer expectations, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills. Customer Support Coordinator - Thurnscoe - Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:30 - 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to be based onsite with our customer responsible for coordinating the entire ordering process from cradle to grave, including debt resolution, when required, managing all aspects of their needs and expectations.
You will be liaising regularly with the wider Speedy depot network, at various hierarchical levels within the business, so clear communication skills are a must both verbally and electronically.You will also be expected to manage back to back orders with our supply chain through our Partnered Services division ensuring minimal delays in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment.
Relationship building is the key both internally and more so externally and you will be liaising with every part of the business to ensure the needs of the customer are met.Whilst in role, will need you to demonstrate the competence to work alone, within the clients premises, so adaptability and communication are key.
