Job summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Officer to join a busy automotive headquarters in Reading.

Key requirements: Strong computer literacy, especially with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Work structure: Full-time in-office during training and probation, transitioning to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities: Supporting customers across Europe in multiple languages via online tools, assisting the senior manager with data analysis (VLOOKUPs, IF formulas, etc.), and visiting other sites in the UK and abroad if necessary.

Desirable skills: UK driving license for onsite pool car use; language skills in Spanish and Italian are beneficial but not essential.

Development opportunities: Candidates interested in progressing to team leader or junior project manager roles are preferred.
