Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced customer support officer to join this busy automotive headquarters based in Reading.

Key requirements include a strong level of computer literacy, particularly with Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

The successful candidate will work full-time in the office during training and probation, then transition to a hybrid working structure.

The role involves supporting customers across Europe in multiple languages, using online translation tools. Additional responsibilities include assisting the senior manager with tasks such as basic data analysis, comparison, vlookups, IF formulas, etc., and visiting other sites in the UK and abroad if necessary.

A UK driving license is desirable, as there is a pool car onsite for business use.

We prefer candidates open to further development into roles such as Team Leader or Junior Project Manager. Previous experience in these areas is beneficial.

Most orders originate from Spanish and Italian-speaking warehouses; language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
