Bupa's Green Gates Care Home in Oxford is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to deliver a professional, welcoming front‑of‑house service and maintain high standards of administration using our care home systems.
You’ll support the Home Manager and wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, excellent customer service, and timely handling of queries, with weekend work as required. This is a permanent role with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £27,199 to £34,634.
