Job description

Job Title – Customer Support Agent – Vehicle Finance

Job Location – London

Salary – £23k – £25k

In the role of Customer Support Agent, you will form part of the front-line customer service team, providing front line customer support at the London office as well as telephone and email support to any customers contacting the office.

Our client is a company that offers professional cab drivers vehicle finance and short-term vehicles to rent.

In the role you will greet customers at the start and end of their vehicle hire or lease, assisting them in the onboarding process and vehicle return.

Our client is looking for someone active, enthusiastic, with great customer service skills face-to-face and on the phone, who can handle difficult situations where required, e.g., charging a customer for damage or end of lease costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Completing vehicle inspections with customers at the beginning and end of hire and generating final end of hire bills.
  2. Meeting customers in the office, helping customers with queries about their vehicle, hire or contract.
  3. Responding to incoming emails and answering incoming calls.
  4. Resolving customer issues on first response or creating cases for other staff members to resolve.
  5. Making outbound calls to customers to organise scheduled vehicle servicing and licence and rental renewals.
  6. Communicating with customers regarding active insurance claims.
  7. General data entry to keep our fleet management and customer systems up to date.
  8. General office administration.
