What you will do in this role

1. Respond to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, X and Instagram, providing excellent customer service.
2. Maximize opportunities to showcase brand's products.
3. Respond to general customer queries i.e. missing orders, payment issues, product availability, or recommendations.
4. Deal with order queries including cancellations, returns, modifying orders.
5. Ensure a professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer.
6. Maintain and proactively improve sales skills, product knowledge and competitor knowledge.
7. Develop relationships with customers and encourage referrals.
8. Provide the best possible customer experience at all times.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

1. Are proficient or bilingual in Polish and English (oral and written).
2. Are flexible to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 12 midnight.
3. Have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private/distraction-free location to work from.
4. Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
5. Are proficient in computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms.
6. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Have a spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues.

It will be a plus if you:

1. Have experience community managing and engaging on social media.
