Job Description:

Our client is a successful manufacturing business on the outskirts of Royston. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Diary management for sales representatives
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse and third-party suppliers
  • Handling queries efficiently and professionally

The successful candidate will have:
