A leading garage equipment company in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Officer for their Plympton office. This role involves being the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding equipment sales and service, ensuring customer expectations are met and service level agreements are honored. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics.

Salary: £23,809.50 for 37.5 hrs p/w, Mon-Fri in office
Working for one of the UK’s largest garage equipment companies, you will be the first point of contact and take ownership of all customer enquiries from telephone calls and / or emails for both new equipment sales and equipment service requirements.
You’ll assist in resolving enquiries and supporting customer’s needs, whilst always being aware of their service level agreements to ensure that designated time frames are honoured.
