As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers, being the first point of contact to assist with orders or customer queries via phone, email, & web chat.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Process all orders accurately and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Achieve set sales & service KPIs in line with KFF requirements.
  • Develop and maintain department structure to understand the impact of customer service across the business.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and fulfilling commitments.
  • Understand the business, expectations, and requirements of allocated customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer issues, investigate thoroughly, and involve relevant parties to resolve quickly.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, keep systems updated, and liaise with other departments as needed.
  • Handle all customer comments, complaints, and correspondence in accordance with KFF procedures and specific requirements.

  • Experience in an office or customer service environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to exceed standards.
  • Proficient in PC use.
