A leading provider of employability services in Exeter is seeking a Customer Support Adviser to provide exceptional customer service and support participants. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure a smooth transition for individuals referred by Job Centre Work Coaches. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals referred to us by their Job Centre Work Coaches. You’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into our programme, helping participants feel supported from the very beginning of their journey.
We’re looking for someone who has proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. They should have a warm, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with people, strong computer literacy, and excellent keyboard skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £24,242.40 to £26,354.40 pro rata per annum (dependent on experience) with these great additional benefits:

Location: This is an office-based role, working in Exeter
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 3 months
