A leading financial services firm in Newbury is seeking a Customer Support Administrator for a 7-month fixed term contract. You will support customers with mortgage accounts from opening to closure, handling queries via email and phone. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills. Training will be provided. Salary is £24,127.58 annually, with opportunities for career development.

What will you be doing?
Joining the Customer Support Mortgages Team means you will support customers with mortgage accounts from their account opening to account closure. While also working collaboratively with other teams within the society.
