About the Role

The role...

To provide comprehensive support within the Data Services Department, working a 9-hour day (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) between 08:30 and 17:30. You will handle inbound and outbound phone and email queries, manage order entry processes and forms, and support other departments during peak times. The position is on-site at our Waterlooville office.

What you will do...

  • Process customer requests, including order processing and account management.
  • Develop skills to complete Data Services Levels (1-4).
  • Work collaboratively to meet customer requirements and service levels.
  • Support other departments during busy periods.
  • Manage access control cards and requests on a rota basis (one full day per week).
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support the Track and Trace department when required.
  • Handle technical requests as necessary.
  • Complete training courses to develop new skills.
  • Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all calls and emails.
  • Manage customer, supplier, and other queries from start to finish.
  • Maintain high standards of customer care and communication.
