Customer Support Administrator
Due to internal promotion, Ainscough Crane Hire is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their successful team at Head Office in Standish, Wigan.

Job Purpose/Objectives:
To provide effective administration within the Business Support team, streamlining processes, liaising with depots, supporting business support functions, and ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Support and Sales teams with administrative tasks.
- Identify and add sales leads to the CRM using market data.
- Maintain and update the CRM system according to process.
- Compile monthly market insight reports for executive review.
- Assist in CRM data management.
- Investigate and resolve queries.
- Monitor crane usage and locations through a central system.
- Handle miscellaneous calls and provide advice.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Person Specification:
Education/Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English (desirable)
- Experience in a team environment in an administrative role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Understanding of working within a time-critical service environment
Skills/Abilities:
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail
- IT literate and comfortable with multiple systems
- Influential and persuasive with flexibility
- Organized and able to simplify complex issues
- Effective communicator at all levels, both verbal and written
