A leading security systems company in Stamford seeks a motivated individual for a full-time customer support role. You will assist engineering teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and perform administrative tasks within a reputable family business, offering a dynamic work environment with a focus on quality service.
Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire
Salary: up to GBP 28,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday

They are a trusted security systems provider for businesses and homeowners across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. With over 25 years of experience from their office on Casterton Road, Stamford, they have built a reputation based on their commitment to high-quality security standards.
The Role
This role involves customer support and assisting their engineering teams to ensure an excellent customer experience, supporting their field-based installation team (x 4) in installing and servicing intruder systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and gates and barriers. They seek a motivated individual looking for a long-term, permanent role in a well-established and reputable Stamford-based family company.

You should be an experienced administrator capable of providing first-class customer service. Due to the business nature, the successful candidate will need to undergo security screening/police checks. If you have relevant experience, they would love to hear from you.
