An education-focused organization in Farnborough is seeking a Customer Support & Systems Coordinator to provide exceptional first-line support to educators, parents, and clients. The role involves problem-solving and a proactive approach, offering a blend of hybrid working. Candidates should possess experience in customer support and be confident with technology. The position provides a salary of up to £27,000 with a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days of holiday and flexible benefits.
We are looking for a Customer Support & Systems Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. This is a varied, hands‑on role providing first‑line customer and systems support alongside essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will be the first point of contact for educators, parents/carers, learners and clients, helping to resolve system issues, providing training and guidance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Alongside this, you will support internal teams with administration, onboarding and process improvements, playing a key role in maintaining accurate records and high service standards. This is a hybrid role, based from our Farnborough offices with a mix of office and home working.
You will have previous experience in a customer support role, ideally providing first‑line IT or systems support, alongside managing a high volume of administrative tasks. You are confident with technology, enjoy problem‑solving and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. You'll be an excellent communicator, comfortable training and supporting users with varying levels of confidence, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. While experience in education or schools is desirable, it's not essential – what matters most is your passion for education and commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will also demonstrate our core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, aspiration and agility, and enjoy working as part of a supportive, fast‑paced team.

If you're customer‑focused, organised and motivated by making a difference through education, we'd love to hear from you. Employment offers are subject to satisfactory vetting checks.
