Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support & Systems Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. This is a varied, hands‑on role providing first‑line customer and systems support alongside essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. You will be the first point of contact for educators, parents/carers, learners and clients, helping to resolve system issues, providing training and guidance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Alongside this, you will support internal teams with administration, onboarding and process improvements, playing a key role in maintaining accurate records and high service standards. This is a hybrid role, based from our Farnborough offices with a mix of office and home working.

You will have previous experience in a customer support role, ideally providing first‑line IT or systems support, alongside managing a high volume of administrative tasks. You are confident with technology, enjoy problem‑solving and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. You'll be an excellent communicator, comfortable training and supporting users with varying levels of confidence, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. While experience in education or schools is desirable, it's not essential – what matters most is your passion for education and commitment to delivering exceptional service. You will also demonstrate our core values of collaboration, integrity, accountability, aspiration and agility, and enjoy working as part of a supportive, fast‑paced team.

Fleet Education Services is part of the Supporting Education Group, a national organisation dedicated to improving outcomes for children and young people. We work closely with schools, local authorities and families to provide high‑quality education services that make a real difference. Our teams are passionate about education, collaboration and delivering an excellent experience for every learner, educator and client we support.

Benefits
  • Salary of up to £27,000 per annum based on experience
  • Hybrid working from our Farnborough offices
  • A permanent, full‑time opportunity within a growing education‑focused organisation
  • Flexible benefits package including Pension, Life assurance, Health Care Cash plan, dental and much more
  • 28 days holiday as standard plus bank holidays and an additional day accrued each year up to 33.
  • Supportive team culture with a strong focus on development and continuous improvement
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the education sector

If you're customer‑focused, organised and motivated by making a difference through education, we'd love to hear from you. Employment offers are subject to satisfactory vetting checks. These checks will be run in line with the latest guidance and legislation. You will need to already have the right to work in the UK, as we are not able to offer any sponsorship(s) for visa applicants. This role also requires criminal records checks in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and safeguarding legislation. For roles in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, this is a DBS check or PVG Scheme in Scotland. The level of check required will determine what you need to disclose.
