Customer Supply Chain Representative – Nottingham

Hours: 8-5, Monday - Friday, 40 hours

Salary: £28,184 - £30,000

Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with strong behaviors and a desire to advance within CCEP. You'll work with globally iconic brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Monster, and Costa. Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately via SAP.
  • Manage customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues through effective communication, trend analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
  • Handle delivery issues by liaising with customers and stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

  • Internal CCEP teams
  • Supply Chain Functions

Skills and Competencies:

  • Customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce preferred.
  • Organized and methodical work approach.
