Customer Supply Chain Representative – Nottingham

Working hours: 8-5, Monday - Friday, 40 hours

Salary: £28,184 - £30,000

Your responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately and on time using the SAP system.
  • Managing customer concerns, complaints, and supply issues through effective communication, trend analysis, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Handling delivery issues by liaising with customers and stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

  • Supply Chain functions

Skills and competencies required:

  • Customer service experience with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and relationship-building ability
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce preferred
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
