Overview

This Customer Supply Chain Export Analyst role in Camberley offers an exciting opportunity to manage export operations and customer service within the FMCG industry. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in supply chain processes and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • French language skills are very useful but not essential.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable along with a strong level of Excel.
  • Accountable for all aspects of admin tasks for Export Markets; managing sales orders in the system, export shipments and documentation.
  • Work with other members of the Export Team and lead to provide outstanding service to all distributors within a specific region.
  • Professionally manage stock allocations, liaise with Supply, Logistics, inspection companies, and communicate to other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage supply chain processes, including order processing and fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory levels and forecast demand.
  • Prepare and maintain export documentation for customs clearance.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Support the team in achieving key performance indicators related to customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
Profile
  • French language skills are very useful but not essential.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable along with a strong level of Excel.
  • Good experience of 'order to cash' / order processing.
  • Experience in export operations within an international matrix management, business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management systems and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
