Customer Supply Chain Executive

We are recruiting a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Executive to join our team in the UK. This role manages and optimizes our supply chain processes to ensure high service levels and efficiency. The position supports collaboration between Müller Milk and Ingredients (MMI) & M&S on supply chain matters, building strong customer and internal relationships to manage interactions across the complete E2E supply chain for MMI dairy products, aligned with Joint Business Plans and Strategic Objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support supply chain collaboration with M&S on supply chain-related matters.
• Act as a key connection between our customer and internal networks, supporting the relevant flow of communications.
• Attend M&S head office & MMI supply sites regularly to support the main tasks and responsibilities of the role.
• Coordinate and conduct regular service reviews with the customer and internal business units on supply chain performance.
• Track and report on service KPIs and support product availability improvement.
• Project manage relevant collaboration and communicate (BCNs) related to business change, network change, or specific events (e.g., peak periods & bank holidays).
• Support performance and metrics (waste/availability) by monitoring data to improve performance.
• Support value chain initiatives to improve inbound efficiency across the full MMI supply chain – MMI & M&S.
• Assist the supply chain function with internal audits, including on-site support for the supply chain plan, actions, and processes.

Key Requirements

• Supply chain experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP / AS400 / COGNOS is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive team player with ownership qualities.
• Good understanding of procedures within the discipline.
• Knowledge of operating a warehouse management system is desirable.
