Job Description:

The Customer Supply Chain Engagement Lead will focus on managing and leading projects aimed at increasing customer value and retention. Responsibilities include improving the customer journey and ensuring that the service offerings meet the needs of priority customers.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Customer engagement and project management experience, with a focus on increasing customer value and retention, including working on customer journey improvements.
  • Supply chain and process improvement experience, particularly in order and claims management, with the ability to optimize these processes to better serve customers.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Co-Pilot and Power Automate, especially in process automation related to reporting and non-value activities.
  • Customer segmentation experience, focusing on building upon existing segmentation work and designing/executing value service projects for high-value customers.
