Are you passionate about supply chain collaboration and delivering outstanding service levels? Do you enjoy working closely with retailers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply process? We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading food business, helping to drive best-in-class service for key retail customers.

About the Role:
  1. Retailer Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with key retail supply chain teams.
  2. Order & Forecast Monitoring: Track orders, investigate variances, and ensure service levels are met.
  3. Promotional Planning: Support promotional execution, stock availability, and demand forecasting.
  4. Process Improvements: Identify efficiencies to optimise supply chain performance.
  5. Data Analysis: Use customer and supply chain data to support decision-making.
About You:
  1. Experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics within FMCG or food & drink manufacturing.
  2. Strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and retail customers.
  3. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements.
  4. Experience using retailer supply chain systems (e.g., Tesco Connect, Retail Link) is beneficial.
  5. Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
