As a Customer Supply Chain Apprentice in our Professional Products Division, your main role will be supporting the Customer Supply Chain Manager and Customer Supply Chain Executive. You will work with our customers to increase product availability, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will receive mentorship and on-the-job training throughout your apprenticeship, developing skills in supply chain management, customer service, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to provide optimal supply chain service to indirect customers, fulfilling orders efficiently.
• Handle multiple priorities with accuracy and knowledge.
• Ensure high stock availability by collaborating with distribution and planning teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental service and efficiency.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by acting on feedback and improving service quality.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders through strong communication.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Can-do attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a changing, demanding environment.
• Good prioritization and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to challenge existing ways of working and seek improvements.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
