Overview

Role Summary: In this role in our EMEA Shared Service Centre, you'll be the go-to expert for delivering exceptional service to our Italian retail customers and supporting the SCJ sales team. You won't just process orders—you'll orchestrate the entire customer supply chain journey, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. From attending strategic supply chain meetings to managing stock allocations and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Planning teams, you'll be at the centre of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your impact is felt daily. Responsibilities
  • Customer Order Fulfilment: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and master data in SAP, aiming to maximise case fill and on-time delivery performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics) and external customers to deliver outstanding service and support commercial initiatives.
  • Stock & Allocation Management: Manage stock allocations effectively, especially during low or out-of-stock scenarios, aligning with local sales and supply chain expectations.
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Coordinate smooth execution of new product launches and delists with relevant stakeholders.
  • Promotional Execution: Support trade promotions and events by collaborating with sales teams and customers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in order management processes using LEAN tools and methodologies.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilise dashboards and data tools to track performance, support reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven insights.
  • Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with trade customers to enhance supply chain efficiency and mutual value creation.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Italian, written and verbal.
  • Graduate caliber or extensive experience (as described).
  • Supply Chain Experience, Customer service experience or order management experience
  • Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Outlook
