A leading energy supplier in the UK is seeking a Customer Success Team Leader to oversee the Strategic Clients Team. Reports to: Debt Resolution Visit Manager
Location: Leicester
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Phone operating hours are 9am to 5pm, but working hours can differ upon discussion with the hiring manager.
We are seeking a Customer Success Team Leader for our Strategic Clients Team to drive sustainable and operational change. The role involves working closely with all departments and having regular meetings with senior management.
Based in Leicester, you will be responsible for managing dedicated Change of Tenancy Advisors who handle requests related to tenancy changes, offer contracts, collect payments, and book Smart Meter Upgrades. This includes managing inbound and outbound lines and email communication to ensure prompt and appropriate outcomes. The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in developing high-performing teams, and familiarity with ticketing and case management systems.
