Fully office based in Chelmsford
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (One late per week 10.30am to 7.30pm and one weekend day per month)

They are dedicated to helping new and existing property entrepreneurs and developers to accelerate their success through world-class training, mentorship, property portfolio strategies, tools and resources.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s Customer Success Team. As the first point of contact for new customers beginning their journey, you will play a vital role in shaping their initial experience. From onboarding clients onto their training programmes and walking them through online training portals, to having meaningful conversations about their goals and the changes they want to make in life. You will also handle practical elements such as taking payments, confirming their allocated event dates, dealing with refund requests and ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and set up for success.
