We're Hiring: Customer Success & Retention Partner | North East England & Scotland | OTE £60K

This is an exciting opportunity for a credible, customer-obsessed professional to join our team and ensure our clients remain engaged, satisfied, and loyal. You’ll focus on building trust, solving meaningful challenges, and demonstrating the long-term value of partnering with us.

As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you’ll help shape how we retain and grow customer relationships across North East England & Scotland. Please note: this is a field-based role and may require up to two overnight stays per week.
