The Domestic Cleaning Business Network (DCBN) is dedicated to supporting cleaning business owners in starting, growing, and thriving in the cleaning industry. We are looking for a personable and highly organized Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position offering flexible working hours.

Main Duties
  • Schedule and manage online meetings with customers.
  • Provide one-on-one support for business challenges, offering tailored advice and guidance.
  • Share relevant resources, tools, and strategies to help cleaning businesses thrive.
  • Build strong relationships with our community of business owners, ensuring their satisfaction and growth.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • Experience: You’ve run your own small business and understand the unique challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs face.
  • Personality: You’re personable, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
