About the role
The purpose of the Customer Success Representative role is to ensure that customers are successful in using EonX’s proprietary, white labeled, bill payments platform.
As a key member of the team, your role will involve close collaboration with Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. In this capacity, you will drive platform awareness, provide education, and promote adoption through regular and direct communications.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing post sales activities including customer lifecycle management, to ensure sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty.
