The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will leverage your expertise across various marketplaces to drive success for a portfolio of well-known global brands.

  • Build and optimize successful marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, etc.
  • Utilise digital marketing analytics to interpret campaign trends, make performance recommendations, and tell the story behind your clients’ KPIs.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities to optimize brand awareness and drive sales.
