Job Summary
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our team and introducing the role of Customer Success Manager (CSM). This pivotal position is responsible for managing post-sales customer relationships and ensuring the effective delivery of services across hybrid cloud environments. The CSM will oversee billing accuracy, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
