Customer Success Manager - Levl Telematics (Coventry, UK)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Success Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships with existingcustomers, ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions while identifyingopportunities to introduce new products and services from the Geotab ecosystem.

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering regular performance reviews and proactivelydriving customer engagement, satisfaction, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as their main point ofcontact for all success-related needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders to ensureongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular review meetings (in-person or virtual) to evaluate solutionperformance, share insights, and identify new opportunities.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell activity across LEVL’s product range, including GeotabMarketplace solutions.
- Leverage data and reporting to highlight value, mitigate risks, and continuouslyimprove the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, Implementation) to ensureseamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer engagement and pipeline activity using ourCRM and reporting tools
- Take initiative in resolving issues and proactively suggest improvements thatenhance customer success.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven background in customer-facing sales, account management, or clientsuccess roles.
- Experience managing and growing existing accounts through strong relationship-building and strategic selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engageconfidently at all levels of a customer’s organisation.
- Comfortable running structured meetings and delivering value-driven reviews.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a self-starter attitude andability to work independently.
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable:
- Experience in the telematics, SaaS, or fleet technology space.
- Familiarity with Geotab platforms and the broader Marketplace ecosystem.
