The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work across a portfolio of clients, identifying and converting growth opportunities across their Paid Media stack.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with a portfolio of well-known global clients
  • Leverage Paid Media expertise to develop growth strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify new marketing opportunities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
  • Be strategic and highly organized – confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously
