About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at 11x, you will be both an expert in 11x's Digital Workers, as well as go-to-market strategy, serving as your clients' first and primary point of contact.
You'll drive successful onboardings and implementations for English speaking and German speaking customers - responsible for activation, retention, and growth within your book of business, with uncapped upside based on GRR performance.
You'll work closely with the growth team to lead customer onboardings, the deployment & support teams to constantly improve the customer experience, and the product teams to shape the product at speed based on your customers' feedback.
