You’ll collaborate closely with sales and product teams, support executive-level relationships, and help shape a customer experience that delivers measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Lead post-sales efforts across onboarding, implementation, adoption, and renewal for enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring they reach their compliance goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop deep product expertise and advise clients on using the platform for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and others.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure long-term satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Conduct QBRs, executive summaries, and regular check-ins to monitor account health and success.
  • Provide feedback to product and strategy teams, acting as the voice of the customer to improve offerings and outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve challenges and align on mutual goals.
  • 6+ years of experience in a SaaS customer success role, ideally with exposure to the EMEA market.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives in a strategic advisory capacity.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with a focus on customer retention and expansion.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills with a customer-first mindset and high empathy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with the security or compliance space is a strong plus.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex platforms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving retention targets and building healthy customer portfolios.
  • Experience with delivering business reviews and translating customer feedback into actionable improvements.
