Role Overview

Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard, is seeking a Customer Success Manager. This role is a critical link between our sophisticated software and client satisfaction. Our customers rely on understanding and effectively using Dynamic Yield products to meet their needs. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of technical data, who can synthesize complex information and relate it to customers' business objectives.

The Customer Success Manager understands our customers’ business and key success factors, translating these into actionable personalization strategies that underpin their success with the DY platform. Analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills are essential to coordinate internal teams and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define project success criteria with customers, translate data into actionable plans, and track success.
  2. Help customers identify key segments for user-centric optimization strategies.
  3. Train customers on how to utilize Dynamic Yield's platform effectively.
  4. Promote adoption of the DY solution and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  5. Allocate resources appropriately to meet or exceed project goals.
  6. Regularly review project status via calls, presentations, or onsite meetings.
  7. Deliver projects on time and within budget, resolving issues professionally.
  8. Communicate project updates and issues internally across organizational levels.
  9. Advise clients on product features, functionality, and onboarding best practices.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of consulting or services experience.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Experience in onboarding and project management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Expertise in 2-3 products related to Optimization, CRM, Personalization, Recommendations, or Segmentation.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technology simply.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage issues under pressure.
  • Passion for customer success and satisfaction.
  • Independent and team-oriented work skills across organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of online marketing functions.
  • Experience with publishers or eCommerce.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Degree in Economics, Business, or a related marketing/analytical field.
