We are seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic), ambitious, and talented individual with a background in system-type product training or product management to join us as our Customer Success Manager. The successful candidate will be trained to expert level on our system to provide frontline, continuous operational support to our customers. You will help customers use and set up their SRT system to ensure they gain optimal benefits, including troubleshooting user-related issues. Additionally, you will provide our product development teams with insights on how customers use our products to inform improvements.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented person capable of understanding complex product functionalities and thinking outside the box to support and coach customers. You will work closely with customers at all levels in the role of Customer Success Manager.
Please note - this is NOT a sales role; it focuses on project integration and customer support.
Experience in IT product management or training for complex computer applications would be highly beneficial.
