The Role:

First Customer Success hire for the UK team, joining an established team across EMEA.

  • Creating insights to influence customer strategy and drive platform success
  • Manage a broad portfolio of well-known global clients
  • Internal and external stakeholder management

Desired Skills & Experience:

Account Management or Customer Success experience within the AdTech/analytics SaaS industry.

  • At least 4 years in Account Management and/or Customer Success
  • Data-savvy, confident analyzing data sets to create custom insights
  • Understanding of retail media / broadcast media is desirable but not essential
