• Commercial account growth role, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across different machine learning solutions
• Client reporting and actionable insights based on campaign performance and platform usage
• Working closely with product and sales to align on client platform needs
• Remote or hybrid flexibility

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Customer Success / Account Management experience within programmatic / user acquisition
• Highly analytical with ability to present actionable insights to clients
• Ability to grasp complex machine learning concepts
