A leading software solutions provider is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with existing clients. This remote role requires occasional travel to client sites and one in-office meeting every three months. The ideal candidate has experience in client-facing roles, particularly in software or accounting. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.
Customer success Manager - ERP software, SAP B1, Software Sales, Account Management. This role involves working with 45 existing clients as a customer success manager.
This job is home based with travel to client sites when necessary and 1 day every 3 months in the office (or on a team day).
You will buddy up with the other account manager and help them with customer success issues, so you will be at the front of the client relationship making sure they are happy.
