We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager (Renewables)

Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office (Wilmslow, Cheshire)

At Apex Doma, we’re redefining the renewable energy experience for homeowners—offering top-tier solar, battery, and EV solutions with a personal, engineer-led touch. Now, we’re looking for our first-ever Customer Success Manager to join the team and shape how our customers feel, learn, and grow with us long after their installation is complete.

About the Role

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable guide who supports our customers from first enquiry all the way through to post-installation and beyond. This role blends customer care, onboarding, education, and proactive communication to create exceptional experiences.

You’ll be trusted to:

  1. Welcome and support potential customers as they explore solar and battery solutions
  2. Guide new customers through onboarding with warmth, clarity, and confidence
  3. Create educational content to help homeowners get the most from their systems
  4. Drive loyalty, retention, referrals, and five-star reviews
  5. Be the voice of our customers across the business—championing improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years in customer success, account management or similar (bonus points for tech, renewables or home services)
  2. A warm communicator with a knack for simplifying technical info
  3. Proactive, organised, and always thinking about the customer experience
  4. HubSpot CRM experience preferred
  5. Bonus if you know your way around energy platforms (GivEnergy, Tesla, etc.)
