Role:
This is a great opportunity to join a tight-knit customer success function within a company that specializes in delivering innovative SAAS solutions primarily for public sector organizations. With strong financial backing and being led by industry innovators and thought leaders, they are now seeking to hire an additional customer success manager to help service and manage their existing and ‘very happy’ customer base. You will be managing c.40 public sector accounts and be tasked with managing the relationship, client road mapping, training, support, customer retention as well as finding cross-sell opportunities for the wider sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident and a good communicator with customer/client success experience within public sector having worked for another SAAS/software company. It is advantageous if you have a good grounding in project management or implementation. Required:

  1. Proven track record of customer/client success management (retention)
  2. Experienced managing customer accounts and building relationships
  3. SAAS sales background
  4. A minimum of 3+ years IT sales experience
