Job description

Fancy working for a Times top 100 fastest growing businesses with hybrid working, office attendance bonus, free onsite cafe, Thirsty Thursday and other social events? We are looking for an inside sales person with an analytical mind who can support our sales team. As the Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities with both new and existing customers, leveraging market data and business knowledge to support and drive new sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development of sales strategies by identifying high-potential leads and assisting in outreach campaigns, working closely with the Customer Success Manager (Public Sector leads) and Solutions Director (Private Sector leads).
  2. Track and report on lead conversion rates, market responsiveness, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  3. Prepare and present reports on market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to support sales strategy development.
  4. Proactively identify potential growth areas within existing client accounts and prospects by leveraging market insights.
  5. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support and drive growth through customer engagement on accounts and with prospects.
  6. Develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  7. Drive growth across existing customers as required to enhance the value delivered and business growth.
