What You'll Be Doing

  1. Own the post-sale customer journey—onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth
  2. Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize supply chain operations
  3. Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
  5. Advocate for customer needs and share insights to shape product development
  6. Educate users and drive engagement through training and support
  7. Continuously improve internal processes to enhance customer experience
