Job Description

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Running regular client reviews, delivering training sessions, and helping customers make the most of the product offering.
  • Using data and analytics to monitor customer success, identify usage trends, and forecast risks or opportunities.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally-bringing feedback into conversations around product development and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to stay ahead of new product features and ensuring customers are supported with updates and rollouts.
  • Creating and updating user-friendly 'how-to' guides to help customers get the best out of the platform.
  • Spotting commercial opportunities within your accounts and delivering value-led upsell conversations.

The Successful Applicant

A background in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a B2B SaaS, telecoms or product-based environment.

  • Someone who's comfortable managing large, complex accounts and has a natural commercial mindset.
  • Experience with data-led reporting and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • A confident communicator who thrives on building genuine, lasting relationships with customers.
  • This role is suited to someone who can hit the ground running-someone ready to shape the role and grow within it.
